There are basically two different type of weeds. Grassy weeds & Broadleaf Weeds.

There are two steps to get rid of weeds or stickers in your lawn.

The first step is to spray the weeds you can see!! . Grassy Weeds like Nutsedge, Stickers, or Bahia Grass, we recommend you use Weed-Out Spray on your lawn when you can see the green weeds. Broadleaf Weeds like Plantain, Rattlesnake Weed & Clover, we recommend you spray Weed Free Zone on your
lawn when you can see the green weeds.

You can use these products any time of the year you see the green weeds in your lawn.

Both these products will only kill the weeds in your lawn, they will not harm your turf grass. These products are only recommended for Centipede, St. Augustine, Zoysia, and Bermuda lawns.

The Second Step to get rid of weeds or stickers in your lawn is to spread Turf & Ornamental Weed Stopper with Dimension on your yard once in the fall, October - November, once in the winter January - February & once in the spring/summer May- June. Turf & Ornamental Weed Stopper with Dimension is a pre-emergent that will kills weed seeds before they have time to turn into actual weeds.
